Job Description - Full Stack Software Developer

About the Role

The Full Stack / Applications team is one of the core technology teams at Lumiq.ai, responsible for building scalable, data-driven applications capable of supporting large-scale users and processing requirements. The team collaborates closely with customers to design technical architectures and deliver impactful solutions tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end application architecture.
• Collaborate with Front-End Engineers to define and implement interface requirements.
• Work with DevOps teams to build scalable and reliable systems.
• Develop scalable applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Manage code repositories and multiple project branches using Git.
• Research emerging technologies, build proof of concepts, and recommend integrations or upgrades.
• Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

Required Experience & Skills

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, scalability, and UI optimization techniques.
• Customer interaction experience will be an added advantage.

Must-Have Skills

• JavaScript / TypeScript
• React.js
• Node.js
• MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQL Server or other RDBMS/NoSQL databases
• Git Version Control
