Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Siebel CRM changes/enhancements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, workflows, use cases, and process flows.
• Perform gap analysis and impact analysis for new requirements and system changes.
• Work closely with Siebel developers and QA teams to ensure correct implementation and testing.
• Support Siebel configuration and customization activities (functional support).
• Coordinate and support UAT execution, defect tracking, and resolution closure.
• Provide production support by analyzing issues, identifying root cause, and coordinating fixes.
• Ensure timely delivery with strong communication across stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills / Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst supporting Siebel CRM.
• Strong understanding of Siebel configuration, workflows, and EAI concepts and integration flows.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation, troubleshooting, and analysis.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Business, Dev, QA, Support).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
• Siebel Open UI exposure.
• Experience with API integrations.
• Familiarity with middleware tools like MuleSoft.
• Experience working in Agile / Waterfall delivery models.
Candidate Profile (What We're Looking For)
• Strong functional understanding of CRM processes and Siebel implementation lifecycle.
• Ability to independently drive requirement discussions and clarify ambiguities.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to support production issues.
