Responsibilities:
• Provide L1/L2 support for web Methods Integration Server and related components.
• Monitor and troubleshoot B2B, EDI, and Trading Networks transactions.
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Handle adapter-related issues (JDBC, SAP, MQ, Flat File, SOAP, EDI).
• Monitor system health using My web Methods Server (MWS) and other tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues.
• Mentor junior support engineers and enforce structured support practices.
• Participate in incident management, change management, and release support
• Required Skills:
• 7+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in web Methods.
• Strong experience with web Methods IS 7.x/8.x/9.x.
• Expertise in B2B, EDI, and Trading Networks.
• Strong Unix/Linux and SQL skills.
• Experience handling EDI, Flat Files, XML, and IDOCs.
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and communication skill
