Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Linux system programming.
- Strong knowledge of POSIX threads (pthreads) and multi-threading concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Inter-Process Communication (IPC) methods.
- In-depth understanding of Linux kernel internals, system calls, and process scheduling.
- Experience working with Linux file systems, packages installations and manipulation.
- Proficiency in C programming with experience in debugging tools such as GDB, strace, top and perf.
- Familiarity with shell scripting, perl and python, system administration, and package management (RPM, DEB, etc.).
- Experience with Linux installation procedures, bootloaders (GRUB, UEFI), and application, binaries, libraries compilation.
- Understanding of Linux security issues and resolutions, user authentication methods.
- Understanding of network programming and socket programming is required.
- Exposure to containerization (Docker, LXC) and virtualization technologies.
