Automate network provisioning, configuration validation, and health-check processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle advanced troubleshooting for network and automation-related issues.
• Work on Linux-based automation and infrastructure management tasks.
• Develop Python and Shell scripts for operational efficiency and workflow optimization.
• Integrate automation workflows with APIs and network management platforms.
• Monitor automation jobs and ensure successful execution in production environments.
• Support incident handling, RCA preparation, and preventive automation improvements.
• Coordinate with network, operations, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain automation documentation, SOPs, and technical reports.
• Work on AI-driven and Agentic AI-based automation use cases.
• Support deployment validation and post-implementation checks.
• Participate in shift-based operations support if required.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience in Network Automation, Infrastructure Automation, or Telecom Operations environments.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, and MPLS.
• Hands-on experience in Python scripting and Linux Shell scripting.
• Good understanding of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML parsing, and automation workflows.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub version control.
• Exposure to Docker, Ansible, or infrastructure automation tools.
• Understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
• Experience in network fault handling and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to Agentic AI, AI-assisted automation, or LLM-based workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in production and high-pressure operational environments.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
