Art Director

Job Role: Art Director\n\nReporting to: Creative Director\n\nRoles and Responsibilities:\n\n- Support the Creative Director and the creative team to crack big challenges that support our human centered approach.\n- Own jobs, beginning to end.\n- Creation and development of advertising ideas, with particular focus on their visual appearance.\n- To determine how best to present a concept visually.\n- Supports the Creative Director with agency presentations both in new business pitches and current client creative run-throughs.\n- Understanding the design element of projects and keeping projects on budget and on time.\n\nSkills Required:\n\n- You believe in living the ‘Disruption’ life and thrive on challenging the status quo.\n- You have Proven creative ability.\n- You are a team player, who can operate effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.\n- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).\n- You are a Graphic Designers with animation video editing skills\n- You have 2-3 years of experience and a good Portfolio.
