Junior Estimator
Job Description
This role is designed for candidates starting their career in estimation, offering hands-on training in drawing markup, quantity take-offs, pricing support. The Junior Estimation Engineer will also assist with general operations and gain exposure to international project workflows.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nEstimating / Pricing (40%)\n\n• Assist in taking off quantities of GFRC, FRP, and architectural items from drawings.\n\n• Support markup, measurement, and labelling of materials using Bluebeam software under guidance.\n\n• Prepare draft scope of work and pricing sheets in Excel for review by senior engineers.\n\n• Coordinate with vendors to collect pricing information for special project conditions.\n\nCAD Drawings (20%)\n\n• Provide drafting support for project-specific details in AutoCAD.\n\n• Assist marketing and sales teams with product development drawings.\n\nBid & Lead Management (15%)\n\n• Help review Invitation-to-Bid (ITB) emails and maintain bid lists.\n\n• Support project creation in Salesforce and MS Teams.\n\nSales & Operations Support (25%)\n\n• Assist US and India teams with Salesforce data entry and reporting.\n\n• Provide general support to estimation and operations teams as needed.\n\nQualifications : Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture (required).\n\nExperience:0–3 years of experience in estimation, drafting, or related construction/manufacturing roles. Fresh graduates with internship/project experience are encouraged to apply.\n\nSkills & Attributes : Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office 365.
Familiarity with Bluebeam PDF Revu (training will be provided). Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work in a team environment.
