Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal & Compliance Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze transcripts to identify legal risks, and sensitive information.
• Ensure all transcripts are compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
• Provide clear, practical, and timely legal inputs and queries across departments.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records and ensure readiness for weekly and monthly compliance reviews.

Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and intellectual property laws.
• High level of diligence with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong research orientation with the ability to stay updated on evolving legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Willingness to take ownership and commit to high work standards, including extended hours when required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized and reputed university.
