Manager - Business Transformation

Job Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Business Consulting practice, with a strong focus on Transformation Consulting. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of consulting experience within metals, mining, power, or heavy industry sectors, with a strong track record of leading large-scale transformation programs leveraging frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma, TQM, and TPM.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n• Lead end-to-end transformation consulting engagements, ensuring high‑quality delivery.\n• Design and implement operational excellence strategies to improve process efficiency.\n• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, variability, and defects.\n• Coach and mentor client teams on Lean, TQM, TPM, and continuous improvement practices.\n• Drive TPM initiatives to improve equipment effectiveness and operational reliability.\n• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive change adoption.\n• Provide strategic insights and best‑practice recommendations to clients.\n• Track project performance, manage risks, and ensure milestone adherence.\n• Prepare and deliver executive‑level reports, presentations, and proposals.\n• Develop customized consulting approaches and solution frameworks for client needs.\n\nQualifications & Attributes\n• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.\n• 10+ years of experience in the metal, mining, power, or manufacturing industry.\n• Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma, TQM, and TPM.\n• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred.\n• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving capabilities.\n• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\n• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic consulting environments.
