The Role\nWe already have a working franchise lead engine. Now we need someone who can scale it across markets, improve it continuously, and unlock new growth levers .\nThis role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution . You’ll be expected to design integrated marketing plans across online, offline, and channel development , and drive them end-to-end.\nThis is not a “manage agencies and review decks” role.\nThis is a roll-up-your-sleeves, figure-it-out, make-it-work role .\nYou’ll own lead generation end-to-end —across performance, offline, and new channels we haven’t even tried yet.\nSpeed matters more than perfection.

Outcomes matter more than activity.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild and scale the engine:\nCreate a steady pipeline of high-quality franchise leads across cities\nStrengthen what’s working and expand it across markets\nPlan and execute integrated campaigns:\nDesign clear, outcome-driven plans across online, offline, and channel development\nThen drive them end-to-end—from idea to execution to results\nRun experiments non-stop:\nLaunch new campaigns, channels, and city playbooks every week\nKill what doesn’t work. Double down on what does.\nOwn online, offline & channel development:\nEnsure all levers work together as one system—not in silos\nEnter and crack new markets:\nFigure out “what works” in a new city from scratch\nThen turn it into a repeatable playbook\nDrive execution at speed:\nNo delays. No dependency excuses.

Campaigns go live on time.\nManage agencies like owners:\nPush for output, not updates\nHold a high bar on quality and ROI\nSolve problems fast:\nThings will break. Channels will fail. Fix it and move.\n\nWho This Is For\nYou have 8-12 years in growth/marketing , and you’ve both planned and executed campaigns end-to-end\nYou’ve worked across online, offline, and built new acquisition channels\nYou can build integrated marketing plans and also execute them yourself\nYou’ve done 0 → 1 in some context (new market, new channel, or new product)\nYou’re hands-on with performance marketing , not just strategy\nYou run multiple experiments , move fast, and make decisions quickly\nYou care about outcomes (leads, CAC, conversions) —not just activity\nYou’re comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and high expectations\n\nBonus Points If\nYou’ve worked with HNI / business / investor audiences\nYou’ve built lead gen for high-ticket or niche offerings\nYou’ve been part of multi-city expansion or franchise growth\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nWe have a predictable pipeline of high-quality franchise leads\nNew cities ramp up faster every time\nContinuous improvement in CAC, lead quality, and conversion\nYou’ve identified new scalable channels others aren’t using\nClear, repeatable playbooks for growth across markets\n\nIf you read this and thought “this sounds chaotic but exciting”, you’ll probably do well here.
