Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader for the role of Head – Sales Strategy & Planning to drive revenue growth, sales excellence, and market expansion through data-driven planning and execution.


Industry: Jewellery Manufacturing

Experience Required: 12–18+ Years

Qualification: MBA / Master’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Strategy, or Business Management


Key Responsibilities:

'14; Develop and execute short-term & long-term sales strategies

'14; Define GTM strategies across products, channels & geographies

'14; Lead sales planning, forecasting & target setting

'14; Monitor KPIs, dashboards & sales performance metrics

'14; Drive analytics-based decision making and performance optimization

'14; Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations & Product teams

'14; Lead sales process improvements and digital transformation initiatives

'14; Mentor and manage sales strategy & planning teams

Skills Required:

'05; Strong leadership & communication skills

'05; Expertise in sales strategy, forecasting & business analytics

'05; Commercial acumen with strategic thinking ability

'05; Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
