Job Title: Salesforce Practice Lead\nExperience: 15+ years (with deep Salesforce experience)\nRole Overview\nThe Salesforce Practice Lead is responsible for building, growing, and leading the\nSalesforce practice within the organization. This role combines strategic leadership,\ndelivery oversight, pre-sales support, and people management to ensure successful\nSalesforce implementations and long-term client value.\nKey Responsibilities\nPractice & Strategy Leadership\n• Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and growth strategy for the Salesforce\npractice\n• Establish best practices, governance, delivery frameworks, and reusable assets\n• Drive practice profitability, utilization, and revenue growth\nClient & Delivery Management\n• Act as executive sponsor for key Salesforce engagements\n• Ensure successful delivery across Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud,\nService Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)\n• Oversee solution quality, timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction\nPre-Sales & Business Development\n• Partner with sales teams on pursuits, proposals, and solution design\n• Lead discovery sessions, architecture discussions, and executive presentations\n• Support RFP/RFI responses and estimate effort, scope, and pricing\nTeam & Capability Building\n• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Salesforce team (Architects,\nConsultants, Developers, Admins)\n• Define career paths, skill development plans, and certification goals\n• Lead hiring and workforce planning for the practice\nPartnerships & Ecosystem\n• Manage Salesforce partner relationship and maintain partner status\nrequirements\n• Stay current with Salesforce releases, industry trends, and emerging capabilities\n• Collaborate with ISVs and technology partners as needed\nRequired Qualifications\n• 15+ years of overall IT/consulting experience\n• 6–8+ years of hands-on Salesforce leadership experience\n• Proven experience leading Salesforce programs and multi-cloud\nimplementations\n• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and integration patterns\n• Experience managing P&L, forecasting, and practice metrics\n• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nPreferred Qualifications\n• Salesforce Certifications (CTA, System Architect, Application Architect, or\nmultiple domain certifications)\n• Experience in consulting or system integration environments\n• Industry experience (Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.)\n• Experience scaling practices from early stage to maturity\nKey Competencies\n• Strategic thinking and execution\n• Client-facing leadership\n• People development and mentoring\n• Commercial acumen\n• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skill
