Head of Finance
Job Description
We are currently partnering with a global pharma technology business to identify a senior Head of Finance who will lead and further develop its finance function in India.
CTC: Up to INR 60 Lakhs annually
This is a high-impact leadership role for a finance professional who can move beyond reporting and compliance, and act as a genuine business partner to the leadership team.
The India business operates across multiple revenue streams and business models, including software delivery, machinery and lifecycle business, and services support. As the organization continues to grow, the finance function will play a key role in strengthening business steering, improving visibility on profitability, supporting delivery performance, and providing stronger decision support to leadership.
Key focus areas:
- Lead the full finance function in India
- Strengthen business steering and financial transparency
- Partner closely with leadership on performance and decision-making
- Oversee governance, controls, and compliance
- Develop the finance team and build stronger business finance capability
- Support integration across multiple business lines and locations
Ideal background:
- 15+ years of finance experience
- Prior experience as Head of Finance, Finance Business Partner, or Senior Finance Manager
- Background in multinational technology, engineering, industrial, or IT services environments
- Strong commercial finance and business partnering capability
- Experience in project-based, delivery-led, or service-oriented businesses
- Proven people leadership and team development experience

Base location in Mumbai, with regular travel required.
