Job Description
Conduct regular market research to gather insights into consumer preferences, emerging trends, and potential growth areas. Work closely with sales and R&D teams to ensure alignment of objectives and seamless execution of bakery category plans.\n\nRole responsibilities:\n\nCategory Growth\n\nAnalyze the sales data and use the information to understand present offerings to Key customers\nUnderstand the Bakery category performance and metrices\nIdentify gaps and untapped opportunities with strategic accounts – identify ways of entry in their system with present offerings\nAssess current market position and formulate a strategic growth plan for Bakery category considering market dynamics: customer and competition landscape\n\nPipeline Development\n\nDrive initiatives that are customer led to improve pipeline that aids business growth\nTimely review with sales and R&D team and facilitate seamless execution of pipeline projects\n\nProject Management\n\nEnd to end coordination with internal stakeholders for customer innovation days/meeting\nSales pitch development and training for Sales Team for Key Account engagements\nUnderstand the customers future requirements and present it to the internal stakeholders based on the market relevance of the concept\n\nDrive Innovation\n\nIdentify gaps and untapped opportunities in product portfolio with respect to consumer preference, market requirements and market trends.\nSupport R&D using the above information to develop future product portfolio thereby meeting market demands\nCollaborate with R&D to identify innovative products in the Bakery category along with building a Pitch Portfolio which can be presented to other larger customer base
