Job Description:
- Own and manage the end-to-end Change & Release Management process in alignment with ITIL best practices.
- Review, assess, approve, and schedule application and infrastructure changes, Ensuring proper risk assessment, rollback planning, and post-implementation reviews.
- Chair or contribute to Change Advisory Boards (CAB) and Emergency CABs.
- Plan and coordinate release deployments across multiple environments and multiple teams.
Ensure changes meet compliance, audit, and security requirements. - Manage IT Infrastructure & Application platform - servers, networks, databases, cloud, and middleware.
- Ensuring proper assessment of dependencies and operational impact due to infrastructure or application changes and ensuring stability and availability.
- Key escalation point for Major Incidents, coordinating with Technical teams to restore services during MI.
- Deliver RCA and track corrective actions during Major Incidents.
- Provide after-hours operational coverage when required by project, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
- Stakeholder and Customer management with excellent communication, supporting governance meetings, Ensuring customer expectations are met for availability, change execution, and risk management.
