IAM Project Manager

About The Job:

• As a Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring progress is made in ICS Identity & Access Management initiatives.
• The role supports and promotes the Agile Manifesto and helps stakeholders understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values as applied under CDS and E-SDLC.
• The Project Manager follows the bank’s project methodology and manages projects in line with ePMO standards.
• Ensures Clarity and ADO are up to date including project status, RAG status, key milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, issues, and resource forecasts.

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans.
• Facilitate team events to ensure regular progress and effective Agile ceremonies.
• Educate and coach team members and stakeholders on Scrum and Agile principles.
• Work closely with ICS and Front Office stakeholders to ensure alignment with the bank’s strategy.
• Support the Product Owner and team members to manage the backlog and maximize value.
• Enable squad members to meet expectations through problem identification, root cause analysis, and decision making support.
• Improve squad performance using performance management controls and corrective actions.
• Contribute to Scrum of Scrums to resolve blockers, propose improvements, and share lessons learned.
• Engage with third party vendors as required.
• Participate in Quarterly BRP including skills planning, resource demand management, risks, and allocations.
• Key Stakeholders include ICS IAM Leadership Team, ICS CISOs, ICS Delivery Team partners, CPO, PO, and all PMs and SMs across ICS.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5–6 years of proven experience in project management (mandatory).
• 1–2 years of experience with SCB ICS metrics, controls, standards, and policies (mandatory).
• Excellent client facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Banking, Business, or a related field.
• IAM knowledge preferred, including authentication, authorization, access control models, and identity lifecycle management.
• Understanding of Authentication Management especially PIM.
• Knowledge of compliance standards relevant to IAM and audit remediation.
• Experience with tools such as Confluence and ADO.
• Cyber Risk experience or exposure is preferred.
• Project Management or Agile certification is mandatory.
• Cyber Security certification is preferred.
