About The Job:
- We are looking for a Senior resource who can work closely with business stakeholders to design & develop solutions with ServiceNow IRM.
- Strong IRM candidates may be considered even if they do not currently hold an active IRM certification, including those whose certification has expired and has not yet been renewed.
- Design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow IRM/GRC platform
- Lead the Implementation and configure modules such as:
- Policy & Compliance Management• Risk Management
- Audit Management
- Vendor Risk Management
- Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
- Develop and maintain Scoped Applications and ServiceNow custom apps
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and governance
- Perform unit testing, support UAT, and troubleshoot production issues
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Participate in platform upgrades and ensure solution compatibility
- Exp: 5+ years (Relevant)
- Active ServiceNow CSA and IRM certifications (Need to share the registered Email ID for SN certifications).
- Good communication skills
