About The Job:
- Oracle Testing with GxP (Good Practice) with 4+ years of experience, we are essentially looking at candidates who work in regulated environments (pharma, life sciences, medical devices) where compliance, documentation, and validation are critical.
Validation & Compliance Testing (Core Responsibility)
- Perform CSV (Computer System Validation) as per GxP guidelines

Work on validation deliverables:
- URS (User Requirement Specification)
- FS (Functional Specification)
- DS (Design Specification)
- IQ (Installation Qualification)
- OQ (Operational Qualification)
- PQ (Performance Qualification)

Ensure systems are compliant with:
- FDA 21 CFR Part 11
- GAMP 5 guidelines

Test Oracle-based systems such as:
- Oracle EBS (Finance, SCM, HR modules)
- Oracle ERP Cloud

Validate:
- Business workflows
- Data integrity
- Reports and integrations
- Create and maintain audit-ready documentation
-
Participate in:
- Internal audits
- Regulatory inspections (FDA, MHRA, etc.)
- Ensure traceability matrix (RTM) is maintained

Write and execute:
- Test cases
- Test scripts (manual mostly)

Log and track defects using tools like:
- JIRA / Client ALM
-
Perform:
- Regression testing
- UAT support
- Apply risk-based validation approach
- Identify critical vs non-critical functionalities
- Ensure data integrity (ALCOA+ principles)
- Experience: 4+ Years

GxP & Compliance Knowledge (Non-Negotiable)
- GxP (GMP, GLP, GCP)
- 21 CFR Part 11
- GAMP 5
- Data integrity (ALCOA+)
- Oracle EBS / Oracle ERP Cloud

Modules (any of below is fine):
- Finance (AP, AR, GL)
- SCM
- Manufacturing

Experience in:
- Functional testing
- Integration testing

Hands-on with:
- IQ/OQ/PQ
- Validation plans & reports
- Understanding of V-model

Strong experience in:
- URS, FS, DS
- Test protocols & reports
- Should be comfortable writing regulated documents
- Test case design
- Defect tracking
- Regression testing
- UAT coordination
- JIRA / Client ALM / Quality Center
- Basic SQL (for data validation)
- Excel (very important for documentation)
- Experience in Life Sciences / Pharma domain
- Automation exposure (Selenium) – optional

Knowledge of:
- SAP + Oracle integration
- LIMS / TrackWise / Veeva systems
