Essential Job Functions:
- Active Directory Domain and Entra ID Support.
- Daily OPS Work
- SNOW Queues.
- Action Incidents in Queue
- Action Tasks in Queue
- Assist with DNS Mails
- Assist with mails send to Directory Services DL
- Do Monthly Patch work on Servers in Directory Servers BP Lab environments
- Assist people from Directory Services perspective when Paul request me to contact person who require assistance.
- Any other OPS work that is required in Directory Services Scope
- Do the Daily Runbook Checks
- Agile Dev-OPS Work assigned to me
- PBIs on the Pivot board - This is regarding Terraform DC Automation Script.
- I'm busy with the PowerShell Script that Terraform calls
- PBIs on the Directory Services Board:
- Synapse Automation work - backup for Synapse Automation Owner (Zemfira)
- Automation is done via PowerShell.
- Any other PBIs assigned to me
- Exp: 5 to 9 years
