Fuelling the transformation to a seamless ecosystem of connected tools, Hexnode is revolutionizing the enterprise software and cybersecurity landscape.\n\nThe role\nWe are seeking a proactive, high-energy Channel Enablement & Event Specialist to join our team.

This role is focused on driving engagement, pipeline creation, and the successful execution of partner and end-customer events. The ideal candidate will have technology or UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) experience, and a passion for building relationships with both partners and end customers.\n\nResponsibilities\nWork closely with Channel Managers in the region to plan and execute partner and end-customer events.\nOwn the end-to-end coordination of partner and customer events, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality experiences.\nTravel across the region as required to oversee event execution, manage logistics, and engage with stakeholders on-site.\nBe the on-site brand ambassador, with the ability to confidently host, emcee, or present at events as needed.\nProactively engage with partners and end customers to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline generation.\nSupport sales pipeline creation activities, including lead generation, outreach, and tracking engagement.\nServe as a product evangelist, communicating the value of our solutions effectively to partners and customers.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of campaigns and events.\nTrack, measure, and report on event and engagement outcomes to continuously improve performance.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nExperience in partner/channel sales or sales coordination from technology, UEM, or related field.\nProven proactive, can-do attitude with a hunter mindset.\nStrong event planning and execution skills; able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.\nWillingness and flexibility to travel for regional events and partner meets.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both partners and end customers.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional teams.\nFamiliarity with CRM tools and event management platforms is a plus.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nOpportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative technology team.\nExposure to partners and customers across the region.\nA supportive environment for professional growth and development.\n\nHexnode is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
