Title – AVP/VP – BD (Land Acquisition)\nRole & responsibilities:\nTo interact with channel partners/ brokers/ property owners/ redevelopment of society/GHMC for leads for land/ redevelopment of society\nTo review property details like property card, development plan remarks etc. including basic title due diligence (Technical and Legal Due Diligence)\nTo review market study and industry reports and recommend changes to concerned stakeholders\nTo review technical and legal due diligence done by team\nTo review financial feasibility based on the inputs available and recommend future course of action\nTo influence key stakeholders within the organization to adhere project/ tender timelines\nTo review MIS of properties under evaluation on a regular basis\nTo conduct competition mapping and benchmarking\nTo guide and handhold team on new regulations, government guidelines etc.\nTo influence key stakeholders to adhere to project/ tender timelines\nTo prepare a roadmap on future land acquisitions for the management\n\nPreferred candidate profile - 18+ yrs. of relevant Land Acquisition experience with real estate industry.\n\nCompetencies Required:\nLiaison & Due Diligence\nSourcing Knowledge & Negotiations\nTechnical Writing\nNetworking & Interpersonal\nFinancial Analysis
