Campaign Manager – Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Pardot\n\nRole Overview\nWe are looking for a Campaign Manager to lead the execution of high-impact CRM campaigns across global markets. This role sits at the intersection of marketing automation, data driven\ncommunication, and campaign operations.\n\nYou will be responsible for managing complex email journeys, coordinating with regional stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution across automation platforms while maintaining\nhigh standards of QA and personalization.\n\nThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working on\nlarge scale marketing programs powered by data and dynamic content.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCampaign Execution\nBuild, execute and optimize CRM campaigns across marketing automation platforms\nManage multi-market campaign deployments with localized content, languages and offers\nEnsure campaigns follow structured workflows including approvals, testing and scheduling\n\nDynamic Email Development\nWork with dynamic content frameworks including AMPscript driven templates\nManage modular email components pulling data from content repositories and data extensions\nCoordinate closely with developers to ensure correct logic, personalization and automation triggers\n\nCampaign Operations & QA\nOwn campaign QA processes including rendering checks, responsiveness testing and link validation\nMaintain campaign documentation, deployment calendars and execution logs\nTroubleshoot campaign issues and coordinate quick resolution across teams\n\nStakeholder Coordination\nCollaborate with regional marketing teams, designers, copywriters and developers\nManage campaign briefs, content matrices and localization requirements\nEnsure timely delivery of campaigns across APAC, EMEA and other regions\n\nPerformance & Optimization\nTrack campaign performance including delivery, open rate, engagement and conversions\nSupport reporting and insights to improve campaign effectiveness\nRecommend improvements in campaign workflows and automation processes\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n4 to 7 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation or lifecycle marketing\nStrong hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Eloqua or similar\nExperience working with dynamic email frameworks and personalization logic\nFamiliarity with AMPscript or similar scripting logic is preferred\nStrong understanding of email deliverability, QA processes and campaign deployment best practices\nExperience managing multi-market or multi-language campaigns is a strong advantage\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously\n\nIdeal Background\nExperience working with global brands or regional campaign operations\nExposure to dynamic template ecosystems and automated email personalization\nComfortable working with campaign data, content matrices and modular email systems\nAgency or high-volume campaign operations experience is preferred\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nA strong operator who can manage complex campaign execution with precision\nSomeone who understands both the technical and marketing aspects of CRM\nA proactive problem solver who can navigate dynamic briefs and fast timelines
