ROLE OVERVIEW

The IC3 Institute is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate to support our research function. This role involves contributing to both qualitative and quantitative research that informs global career and college counseling systems.

You will work on projects that directly impact how students make informed academic and career decisions, while contributing to thought leadership in global education.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct literature reviews, data collection, and analysis for research projects
  • Support qualitative and quantitative research initiatives
  • Analyze data and generate insights to inform programs and strategy
  • Contribute to research reports, publications, and knowledge outputs
  • Monitor program impact and support evidence-based decision-making
  • Stay updated on trends in education, career counseling, and higher education


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Social Sciences, Data Analytics, or similar)
  • Demonstrated interest in education, career counseling, or social impact


SKILLS

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Proficiency in research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative)
  • Experience with data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Strong ethical standards in handling data and research


DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Prior research experience in education or related fields
  • Familiarity with survey design and implementation
  • Knowledge of international education systems and career development trends
  • Experience with qualitative data analysis software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
