Dear Candidates,\nGreetings from TCS!!!!\nTCS is looking for ServiceNow CMDB applications\nExperience: 4-8 years\nLocation: PAN India\nDate of interview: 30/05/2026\nMode of interview: Virtual\n\nMUST HAVE SKILLS:\n\nHands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.\nStrong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and ITIL frameworks.\nProficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript).\nExperience with integration tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.\nCertifications: ITIL, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred).\n\nGOOD TO HAVE SKILLS:\nSupport development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment training and hyper-care activities\n\nROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nDefine and maintain CMDB architecture aligned with CSDM and enterprise IT strategy.\nEstablish CI classes, attributes, and relationships for accurate service representation.\nDevelop and enforce CMDB governance policies and lifecycle management.\nConfigure and maintain ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITAM, and ITOM modules.\nIntegrate CMDB with external systems (e.g., via APIs, MID Servers).\nEnsure platform scalability and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.\nLead implementation of Service Mapping to visualize dependencies.\nAutomate CMDB population using ServiceNow Discovery tools.\nDeployment in UAT, TEST and Production
