Job Description
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Execution\n\n- Enable execution and tracking of GTM strategies through dashboarding and analytics.\n- Develop and manage dashboards to track:\n\nSales productivity\n\nOutlet coverage\n\nRevenue growth\n\n- Drive adoption of digital tools among field sales teams and measure their impact on operational efficiency and performance.\n\n3. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence\n\n- Develop and manage sales performance reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) for primary and secondary sales.\n- Deliver actionable insights through data visualization to support cross-functional decision-making (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain).\n- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of strategic initiatives, aligning outputs with business goals.\n- Champion a data-driven culture across the sales organization.\n\n4. Performance Monitoring & Problem Solving\n\n- Define and track KPIs to measure success of IT initiatives, including:\n\nSystem adoption rates\n\nData accuracy and integrity\n\nUser satisfaction\n\n- Identify and resolve operational challenges such as:\n\nLegacy systems\n\nLow digital adoption\n\nData gaps and inconsistencies\n\n- Continuously improve systems and processes to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
