Job Title: Senior GenAI Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a Senior GenAI Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and deploy advanced Agentic AI systems for enterprise Global Business Services (GBS) use cases, including metadata generation, search optimization, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, implement, and scale agent-based AI solutions leveraging LLMs and orchestration frameworks.

• Build end-to-end full-stack applications integrating AI models into enterprise systems (backend, APIs, front-end interfaces).

• Develop reusable agent frameworks for process automation, intelligent search, and document understanding.

• Lead integration of AI solutions with ERP, CRM, ticketing, and knowledge platforms.

• Ensure production-ready deployment using MLOps + DevOps best practices (CI/CD, monitoring, observability).

• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to map AI capabilities to real-world GBS workflows.

• Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering best practices across AI and full-stack development.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years in software engineering / full-stack development, with at least 3+ years in AI/GenAI.

• Strong in Python, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, etc.).

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js) for building AI-enabled applications.

• Experience in search & retrieval systems, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), and metadata pipelines.

• Solid grasp of MLOps + DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, cloud-native deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure).

• Familiarity with enterprise systems integration (APIs, RPA, workflow engines).

• Strong foundation in software engineering principles (Git, testing, CI/CD pipelines).

• Excellent communication skills and proven track record of delivering enterprise AI solutions at scale
