Role Description
Cedar is seeking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager to build a mid-sized but high-performance organization. The role involves developing & managing select campus recruiting in India & overseas, direct recruiting using platforms like Linkedin, and also working with select search firms for recruiting of key positions.
Candidates must have 8-12 years of relevant experience with a significant part of it in a similar role. Current and past work experience with a reputed professional services firm or a recruiting firm would be key. Experience in working with HRMS talent management platforms (e.g. Zoho) is important. An MBA with a specialization in Human Resources from a tier 1 program would be a plus.

Qualifications
