Role: Lead Jira Admin\n\nLocation: Hyderabad only\n\nNotice: Immediate only\n\nJob Description:\nYour Role :\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Jira Administrator professional to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions across the Atlassian platform. You will play a critical role in translating business needs into technical solutions that drive efficiency, collaboration, and innovation across the organization.\n\nYour responsibilities:\nSystem Design and Configuration\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable solutions across Atlassian products to support enterprise workflows\nTranslate business and user requirements into effective system configurations, automations, and dashboards\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive system architecture documentation, blueprints, and standards\nEnsure platform stability, performance, and alignment with organizational goals\nIntegration and Automation\nIntegrate Atlassian tools with enterprise platforms including M365, CI/CD pipelines, and other business systems\nBuild and maintain automation solutions using native Atlassian tools, APIs, and scripting (Python, PowerShell, REST, etc.)\nContinuously identify opportunities to streamline processes through intelligent automation\nSupport API development and maintenance for seamless cross-platform connectivity\nCollaboration and Stakeholder Engagement\nPartner with product owners, project managers, and technical leads to gather and refine system requirements\nProvide expert guidance on Atlassian capabilities, industry best practices, and governance frameworks\nCommunicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nAct as a trusted advisor on platform strategy and continuous improvement initiatives\n\nYour Profile:\nRequired Qualifications\nProven experience administering and configuring Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence)\nStrong understanding of workflows, custom fields, permission schemes, and automation rules\nDemonstrated experience integrating Atlassian with external tools and platforms using APIs and scripts\nFamiliarity with enterprise IT environments , including identity management, change control, and governance\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities\nAbility to think systematically and balance technical precision with user experience\nDesirable Skills\nExperience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Groovy)\nKnowledge of ITIL, ITSM frameworks, or Agile methodologies\nAtlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-200, or equivalent)\nExperience with version control, CI/CD tools, and DevOps practices\nUnderstanding of enterprise security, compliance, and data protection requirements
