Senior Manager - Corporate Audit

Senior Manager to lead internal audits for enabling functions (Finance, HR, Facilities), drive audit committee reporting, and manage audit team delivery with a focus on risk-based coverage and governance excellence.

1. Audit Execution - Enabling Functions

• Plan and execute risk-based internal audits across Finance, HR, Facilities, and other corporate functions
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of controls (including SOX/non-SOX areas)
• Identify control gaps and provide practical, business-aligned recommendations
• Ensure audits are delivered within timelines and quality standards

2. Risk Assessment & Audit Planning

• Support development of annual audit plan based on enterprise risk assessment
• Continuously reassess risks in enabling functions and adjust audit priorities dynamically

3. Audit Committee & Leadership Reporting

• Prepare audit committee presentations with clear insights, trends, and key risks
• Provide concise, executive-level reporting on audit outcomes and themes
• Track and report issue remediation status and ageing

4. Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Finance, HR, and Corporate leadership teams
• Act as a trusted advisor while maintaining auditor independence
• Drive alignment on audit observations and remediation plans

5. Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and review work of audit team members
• Ensure capability building, quality reviews, and performance management
• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

6. Process Improvement & Governance

• Drive standardization and automation in audit processes
• Contribute to strengthening governance frameworks and internal controls
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization

6. Enterprise Risk Management

• Lead the enterprise risk management project for the company
• Understanding about current macro environment & emerging risks, and its impact to the company
• Prepare board level presentations around top risks for the company
