Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities) We are seeking a seasoned GCP Lead with strong Python skills to architect and lead cloud-native data and AI solutions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GCP services, data engineering, and machine learning workflows, and will guide cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, secure, and intelligent applications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of GCP-based data and AI solutions.
  • Architect scalable pipelines using BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Vertex AI.
  • Develop and optimize Python-based ETL/ML workflows.
  • Ensure security, performance, and cost-efficiency across cloud deployments.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior engineers and enforce best practices in cloud and Python development.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production systems and pipelines.
Primary Skills:
  • GCP services: BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Vertex AI
  • Python programming: advanced scripting, libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
  • Cloud architecture and infrastructure design
  • CI/CD and DevOps practices (Cloud Build, Terraform, Git)
Secondary Skills:
  • MLOps tools: Kubeflow, MLflow
  • Data visualization: Looker, Power BI
