Detailed job description - Skill Set:
  • Lead day-to-day operations support aligned with ITIL best practices (Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management).
  • Manage and mentor a team of Ops Analysts, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and delivery of services.
  • Drive operational excellence through process optimization and automation initiatives.
  • Participate in and lead knowledge transition (KT) sessions, with a focus on Aprimo/DAM tools.
  • Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and generate regular reports for leadership.
  • Escalate and resolve critical issues impacting business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Marketing, and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities-
  • 10+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and hands-on experience in ITIL processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a global delivery model and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Exposure to Aprimo or similar Digital Asset Management tools (training will be provided during KT).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) is preferred.
