Associates would have to work in shift as we have production support activity which requires 24 X 7 Support
Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for Production Support activity is essential.
Experience with advanced database concepts, such as data modeling, normalization, and relational database management systems (RDBMS).
Knowledge of performance tuning techniques, including query optimization, tracing, and analyzing execution plans.
Familiarity with database management tools like Oracle SQL Developer or Toad.
Exposure to other database technologies like MySQL or PostgreSQL, as well as shell scripting (e.g., for Unix/Linux), is mandatory
