Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Service Catalog modules.
Develop server-side and client-side scripting, UI policies, business rules, workflows, UI actions, and custom applications.
Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues promptly.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and support process improvements.
Train and support end-users and team members on ServiceNow functionalities
