Hands-On Implementation and Troubleshooting: Directly work with engineering teams to instrument applications and infrastructure.
Tooling and Integration: Serve as the primary administrator and expert for New Relic. Evaluate, integrate, and manage other observability tools as needed. Experience with Sumo Logic, CloudWatch, and AppDynamics is a significant plus.
Establish Best Practices: Develop and enforce standards for instrumentation, alerting, dashboarding, and reporting. Guide teams on how to effectively use observability data for incident response, root cause analysis, and proactive performance optimization
