Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for technical product areas.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and design teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, clearly communicating product requirements, trade-offs, and implementation plans.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Security, DevOps, QA, Customer Success, Sales) to ensure product readiness and alignment.
- Prioritize features and enhancements using data, user feedback, and business value.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct technical deep dives and act as a thought leader in discussions with engineering and stakeholders.
- Work with product marketing and customer-facing teams to ensure effective communication and documentation.
- Applies technical capabilities within own discipline to help develop junior employees
- Work closely with technical leads to define features, elaborate user stories and acceptance criteria, and story point estimates in a SAFe/Agile methodology format
- Facilitate JAD sessions and lead review sessions of technical requirements/stories
- Assists with analysis of support ticket issues
- Can build process for streamlining the work
- Is aware of intake process
- Hunger for Systems and Technical knowledge – constantly analyzing and innovating new, better approaches to our systems
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of software development processes and/or distributed systems.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong relationship, collaborative and organization skills
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Postman, and data analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel).
- Background in software engineering or systems architecture.
