• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.

• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for enhancements and new features.

• Support functional testing, UAT coordination, and release validation for payment-related initiatives.
|
|
• Ensure alignment with compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
|
| •Translate business needs into actionable items for technology teams. |
| •Ensure vendors are familiarize with the BRD/FRD |
| •E2E testing support for project and production fixes |
| |
| Mandatory skills |
• E2E payment flow right from channel to gateway and vise-a-versa
|
|
• SWIFT MT and MX message formats
|
|
• At least one high value and low value payments processing knowledge
|
|
• International payments
|
|
•Knowledge of one of the payments engine (GPP/ Finacle payment etc.)
