SAP SAC Consultant- Bangalore
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant to design, develop, and implement innovative analytics solutions using SAP SAC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BI, data modeling, and SAP systems, with a passion for turning data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop interactive dashboards, stories, and visualizations in SAP SAC.
Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integrate SAC with various data sources such as SAP BW, S/4HANA, HANA, and non-SAP sources.
Develop planning models and implement SAP SAC Planning capabilities if applicable.
Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability.
Provide support and troubleshooting for SAC-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, operations, IT) to understand and address reporting needs.
Train end-users and create technical/user documentation.
Stay updated on the latest SAC features, releases, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
[3+ / 5+ / 8+] years of experience in Business Intelligence or SAP analytics.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
Experience with SAC Planning, Smart Predict, and Analytical Applications is a plus.
Proficiency in data modeling, story building, and scripting (SAP SAC scripting).
Knowledge of data source connectivity (Live/Import) and performance tuning.
Experience with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, or S/4HANA integration.
Strong understanding of business processes and KPIs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP SAC certification.
Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
