Kronos Workforce Management Technical - PUNE, BANGALORE, CHENNAI, THANE

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Kronos Workforce Management Technical Consultant with 4 years of hands-on experience in Kronos implementations, configuration, integration, and support. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Kronos WFC/WFD modules, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Accruals, as well as experience with Kronos API, WIM (Workforce Integration Manager), and SQL scripting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Kronos WFC/WFD modules (Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, etc.)
• Develop and maintain interfaces using Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
• Create custom reports and queries using Kronos reporting tools and SQL
• Work on Kronos upgrades, patches, and system enhancements
• Integrate Kronos with third-party systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday)
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Kronos applications
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Perform system testing, documentation, and user training
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies
