• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules including Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Asset Management.

• Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and notifications.

• Customize forms, tables, and fields to meet business needs.

• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and bugs.

• Maintain system performance, security, and data integrity.

• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.

• Perform system upgrades, patches, and testing.

• Support end-user training and adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in ServiceNow development and administration.

• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL framework.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, etc.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly scripting, and REST/SOAP web services.

• Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues effectively.

• Good understanding of database concepts, SQL queries.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Developer certification.

• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.

• Exposure to Agile development methodologies.

• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
