Job Title IBM BAW Engineer

Skilled IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Engineer to design, develop, and maintain workflow automation solutions. The candidate will have hands-on experience with IBM BAW, BPM, and integration with enterprise systems to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and implement workflow solutions using IBM BAW.

· Develop custom coaches, services, and integrations with RESTSOAP APIs.

· Collaborate with business analysts to gather and analyze process requirements.

· Configure and deploy BAW solutions across environments.

· Monitor and optimize workflow performance and scalability.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues in BAW applications.

· Required Skills Qualifications Strong experience in IBM BAW or IBM BPM development.

· Strong understanding of workflow modeling, human tasks, and system integration.

· Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, and RESTful services.

· Familiarity with DevOps tools and CICD pipelines.
