Salesforce Interaction Studio Developer - Pune,THANE, BANGALORE
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy real-time personalization campaigns using Salesforce Interaction Studio (MC Personalization).
Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and development teams to implement personalized journeys across digital channels (web, mobile, email, etc.).
Develop and maintain custom templates, decisioning rules, and scripts using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
Integrate Interaction Studio with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, and external data sources via APIs and SDKs.
Configure and optimize user segments, campaign triggers, and behavioral tracking events.
Build and maintain audiences, rules, and experiences in the Interaction Studio UI.
Analyze campaign performance and suggest optimizations based on KPIs and A/B testing.
Provide support and troubleshooting for live personalization experiences.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce product updates and emerging best practices in personalization and marketing automation.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with at least 1–2 years working in Interaction Studio.
Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON).
Experience with APIs, SDKs, and integration with Salesforce CRM and external systems.
Understanding of customer segmentation, behavior tracking, and personalization strategies.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
