We are looking for a seasoned SAP MDG Functional Consultant for an L3-level role, with extensive experience in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA landscapes. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in driving master data initiatives, including Mass Consolidation, and will be responsible for leading complex implementations and governance frameworks across global enterprises.

- Lead and architect SAP MDG solutions in S/4HANA environments, focusing on Mass Consolidation and Central Governance.
- Design and configure MDG data models for Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, and other domains.
- Define and implement mass data consolidation strategies, including matching, cleansing, and harmonization of master data.
- Customize MDG using BRF+, FPM, BADI, Web Dynpro, and other enhancement techniques.
- Integrate MDG with SAP and non-SAP systems using Data Replication Framework (DRF).
- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define governance policies and workflows.
- Provide leadership in data quality, enrichment, and compliance initiatives.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 years of SAP experience, with at least 6+ years in SAP MDG.
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and MDG Mass Consolidation projects.
- Strong understanding of master data lifecycle, governance, and compliance.
- Expertise in MDG Customization, Data Modeling, Process Modeling, and UI Configuration.
- Hands-on experience with BRF+, FPM, ABAP enhancements, and Web Services.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP, Fiori, and MDG on Cloud is a plus.
