JD for BA:
- 5–10 years of experience in retail banking and banking product domains
- Preferred experience in mobile banking application implementation and digital transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of APIs, JSON, Confluence, JIRA, and Figma
- Expertise in business analysis, requirement gathering, documentation, and flowchart creation
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and user journey mapping
- Experience in UAT planning and coordination
