Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across various modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
Customize and configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, fields, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and other configurations.
Develop and integrate ServiceNow with other third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
Create and maintain documentation for new and existing processes.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow environment.
Support ServiceNow upgrades and new releases, including testing and implementation.
Ensure platform security and compliance with governance standards.
Participate in Agile development processes and provide regular status updates
