Acquia DAM (Widen Admin. )- Digital Asset Management

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Asset Management (DAM) System

Administrator with extensive knowledge in managing and optimizing digital assets using the

Acquia platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of our DAM

system, ensuring seamless access, storage, and retrieval of digital assets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and Maintain DAM System: Oversee the day-to-day operation and

maintenance of the DAM system, ensuring optimal performance and up-to-date

functionality.

User Support and Training: Provide technical support to DAM users, including

troubleshooting issues and conducting training sessions to enhance user experience

and system adoption.

System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the DAM system

to meet the organization's specific needs and workflows, including Acquia product

integrations.

Asset Organization and Metadata Management: Develop and implement strategies for

the organization, categorization, tagging, and metadata management of digital assets.

Security and Access Control: Manage security settings and user permissions to

protect digital assets and ensure appropriate access control across the system.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor the system's

performance, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and implementing

improvements.

Integration and Collaboration: Work closely with IT, marketing, and creative teams to

ensure the DAM system integrates effectively with other digital tools and platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a

related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administering Digital Asset

Management systems, with a focus on Acquia platform administration.

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of DAM technologies and related

software; proficiency in Acquia (Widen) products and services.

Problem Solving Skills: Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to

identifying issues and implementing solutions.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability

to convey technical information to non-technical users.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring

timely completion and delivery of high-quality results.

Preferred Experience

Acquia Certification: Holding Acquia certification is a plus.

Web Development: Experience with web development technologies and frameworks

associated with Acquia, such as Drupal.

Digital Marketing Tools: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and their integration with

DAM systems, like Aprimo, Bynder, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.

Metadata Standards: Knowledge of metadata standards and best practices for digital
