Gather and analyze business requirements related to Sales and Distribution.
Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP SD solutions (including pricing, billing, shipping, and order management).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, PP, WM) to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.
Handle incident management, change requests, and enhancements for SAP SD.
Prepare detailed functional specifications for custom development.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Support project implementations, rollouts, and upgrades.
Provide training and documentation to end-users and key stakeholders.
Work closely with business users to troubleshoot issues and provide long-term solutions
