Design and develop custom applications and modules using ServiceNow Studio.
Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request).
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs.
Create and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, script includes, and ACLs.
Implement and support catalog items, service portals, and reporting.
Maintain and enhance the CMDB and asset management processes.
Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for ServiceNow users.
Ensure compliance with data security and governance policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Security, HR) for platform enhancements
