Lead end-to-end SAP CPQ solution implementations and provide ongoing AMS support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, design robust CPQ solutions, and drive process improvements.
Configure and customize SAP CPQ logic, rules, product hierarchies, pricing models, and quoting workflows to meet customer needs.
Integrate SAP CPQ with SAP ERP/S4HANA, CRM, and third-party applications using middleware and APIs.
Troubleshoot complex CPQ-related issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions in the AMS support framework.
