Design, develop, and publish interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Gather and understand business requirements to create appropriate data models and visualizations.
Use Power Query, DAX, and SQL to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.
Optimize data models for performance, scalability, and usability.
Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to ensure reports meet business needs.
Deploy and maintain reports on the Power BI Service (cloud) and manage workspace access.
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are met.
Troubleshoot issues related to data refresh, performance, and report accuracy.
Provide documentation and user training as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with Power BI development.
Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL.
Experience building complex data models and optimizing them for performance.
Familiarity with Power BI Service, workspaces, gateways, and row-level security (RLS).
Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
