Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL jobs using IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
Understand data mapping requirements and translate them into ETL logic.
Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from various source systems (e.g., RDBMS, flat files, cloud).
Optimize DataStage jobs for performance and reusability.
Collaborate with QA and Data teams to troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve defects.
Assist in data profiling and data quality assessments.
Maintain ETL documentation including job designs, process flows, and data dictionaries.
Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards and best practices.
